Bang on Leg Iron - I forage all over the shop for berries and fruit. In the next monthly I'll be picking Rose hips to make rose hip syrup - bags of vitamins in that - to sup over the winter. I've already started to gather the brambles (black berries to you) to make jam and jelly. Our kids have missed out big time on this due to convenience shopping, the box and the boggyman stories run in the press. Nothing like a day out in the great outdoors gathering your own to make you feel tip top.
