If you spend most of your time in a car or a house or an office you will not have an optimum level of Vitamin D in your blood. There is a blood test for this.
There are two distinct sources of vitamin D; One is sunlight; Vitamin D is manufactured by the body when it receives UV light. The second is from food, the richest sources of which are predominently oily fish

ReplyDeleteI have to go native and stay in the shade as much as possible, some of the women here have skin like old leather.
I used to get really depressed in Britain if we had a bad summer.
