Royal Mail have failed miserably, of course its not their fault, its Mandelsnakes directive from on high (the European commission) to open up the monopoly to foreigners and is an EU directive. In short they are utterly lost.

A gay man tried to poison his lesbian neighbours by putting slug pellets into their curry after he was accused of kidnapping their three-legged cat.
