The Lights all went down in Massachusetts
Massachusetts by the Bee Gees
The United States of America is devolving into medical fascism and Massachusetts is leading the way with the passage of a new bill, the "Pandemic Response Bill" 2028, reportedly just passed by the MA state Senate and now awaiting approval in the House. This bill suspends virtually all Constitutional rights of Massachusetts citizens and forces anyone "suspected" of being infected to submit to interrogations, "decontaminations" and vaccines.
(Violation of 4th Amendment: Illegal search and seizure)
During either type of declared emergency, a local public health authority... may exercise authority... to require the owner or occupier of premises to permit entry into and investigation of the premises; to close, direct, and compel the evacuation of, or to decontaminate or cause to be
decontaminated any building or facility; to destroy any material; to restrict or prohibit assemblages of persons;
(Violation of 14th Amendment; illegal arrest without a warrant)
...an officer authorized to serve criminal process may arrest without a warrant any person whom the officer has probable cause to believe has violated an order given to effectuate the purposes of this subsection and shall use reasonable diligence to enforce such order. [Gunpoint]
(Government price controls)
The attorney general, in consultation with the office of consumer affairs and business regulation, and upon the declaration by the governor that a supply emergency exists, shall take appropriate action to ensure that no person shall sell a product or service that is at a price that unreasonably exceeds the price charged before the emergency.
"Involuntary Transportation" (also known as kidnapping)
Law enforcement authorities, upon order of the commissioner or his agent or at the request of a local public health authority pursuant to such order, shall assist emergency medical technicians or other appropriate medical personnel in the involuntary transportation of such person to the tuberculosis treatment center.
$1,000 / day in fines
Any person who knowingly violates an order, as to which noncompliance
poses a serious danger to public health as determined by the commissioner or the local public health authority, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 30 days or a fine of not more than one thousand dollars per day that the violation continues, or both.
Forced vaccinations
Furthermore, when the commissioner or a local public health authority within its jurisdiction determines that either or both of the following measures are necessary to prevent a serious danger to the public health the commissioner or local public health authority may exercise the following authority: (1) to vaccinate or provide precautionary prophylaxis to individuals as protection against communicable disease...
Forced quarantine for those who refuse (illegal imprisonment without charge)
An individual who is unable or unwilling to submit to vaccination or treatment shall not be required to submit to such procedures but may be isolated or quarantined pursuant to section 96 of chapter 111 if his or her refusal poses a serious danger to public health or results in uncertainty whether he or she has been exposed to or is infected with a disease or condition that poses a serious danger to public health, as determined by the commissioner, or a local public health authority operating within its jurisdiction.
Arrest for refusal to be "decontaminated"
If an individual is unable or unwilling to submit to decontamination or procedures necessary for diagnosis, the decontamination or diagnosis procedures may proceed only pursuant to an order of the superior court... During the time necessary to obtain such court order, such individual may be isolated or quarantined pursuant to section 96 of chapter 111 if his or her refusal to submit to decontamination or diagnosis procedures poses a serious danger to public health or results in uncertainty whether he or she has been exposed to or is infected with a disease or condition that poses a serious danger to public health.
Interrogation
When the commissioner or a local public health authority within its jurisdiction reasonably believes that a person may have been exposed to a disease or condition that poses a threat to the public health, in addition to their authority under section 96 of chapter 111, the commissioner or the local public health authority may detain the person for as long as may be reasonably necessary for the commissioner or the local public health authority, to convey information to the person regarding the disease or condition and to obtain contact information... If a person detained under subsection (1) refuses to provide the information requested, the person may be isolated or quarantined pursuant to section 96 of chapter 111 if his or her refusal poses a serious danger to public health...
Forced isolation and quarantine
An order for isolation or quarantine may include any individual who is unwilling or unable to undergo vaccination, precautionary prophylaxis, medical treatment, decontamination, medical examinations, tests, or specimen collection and whose refusal of one or more of these measures poses a serious danger to public health or results in uncertainty whether he or she has been exposed to or is infected with a disease or condition that poses a serious danger to public health.
Forced entry into any home or building...
There's a lot more in this bill, including language that allows Mass. police to enter any home or building without a search warrant, to destroy any object or building they suspect may pose a threat to public safety, to order the closing and / or decontamination of any facility using highly toxic chemical decontamination agents, and to arrest, detain and interrogate anyone who gets in their way.
Meanwhile, all state law enforcement and medical personnel are granted complete immunity from prosecution for their part in violating your Constitutional rights. So if they violate your right to due process, or they accidentally destroy your home, or they kill your family dog because they suspect it might be infected, you have absolutely zero recourse.
Under this bill, Massachusetts becomes a medical police state. There is no debating it. It's all written, clear as day, in this law: The citizens of Massachusetts will have no rights, period. The Constitution is ancient history. You are now the property of the State.

Statutory Instruments

No charges were ever brought against Mr Damian Green MP, yet Jacqui Smith wants to hold onto his DNA sample for six years 'in case he offends again'. And to ensure that not only Damian Green but every MP in the House is denied the chance to have a say on this, she's proposing to use a Statutory Instrument.
OK, so you take a borderline fascist idea that will give the state near total surveillance over citizens lives, you plan to pump billions of tax payer money into this scheme, you try every trick in the book to bring it in through the backdoor, all to the publics' anger, as well as opposition from both Tories and the Lib Dems, and then you find that the ECHR has decided it's illegal. It should be dead, right? No, what happens is this:
Yesterday the criticism mounted as the Home Office admitted it plans to rush the reforms through Parliament using a 'statutory instrument' which will be rubber-stamped following 90 minutes of discussion by a Labour-dominated committee, with no debate or vote in the House of Commons
Ya hoo. Or, you could scrap the whole thing. Ever consider that? No? Well, at the very least do what Strasbourg ruled you should do and stop taking the DNA of people cleared of their charges. The EU may be a load of rubbish, but you guys support it, so follow its rules.
Miss Smith's officials sparked further anger by saying the procedure was necessary in order to comply with the Strasbourg ruling as quickly as possible - effectively claiming there was not enough time for MPs to debate the matter.
Oh, you are, are you?
But the Home Secretary sparked outrage over so-called 'Big Brother' powers earlier this month when she unveiled new rules, which will still allow the police to keep innocent people on the database for six years, or 12 years if they were arrested for but cleared of a serious sexual or violent offence
Not good enough. The last part, in italics, is doubly insulting. So, if you didn't commit a minor offence, you're "only" going to have your DNA taken for 6 years. But, if you didn't commit a sexual/violent offence, that makes you more guilty than a person who didn't commit a minor offence. Once you've been charged, it's assumed you're guilty, even if the courts disagree.
Even the tabloid papers have a higher burden of proof, what with their history of demonising paedophiles and murderers before they've even set foot in court. We now receive punishment based on the seriousness of non-existent crimes. This is an insane, abusive move, that completely bypasses Parliament.
The LPUK has not one but two solutions to prevent this sort of abuse of the law- we will scrap the proposed database, along with ID cards, but will also review the statutory instrument system.
Editorial note:
The utter moral bankruptcy of this government is beyond belief and yet my own MP L Featherstone has no idea of how many statutory instruments have been passed in her time as an MP. If she doesn't know whats the bet that other MPs dont have a clue? Especially those that disappear once Mick has had his 35 second speech the other day look at them scurrying out as if they were doing something useful when they could have participated in the Foreign Office stuff
Hat tip to Raedwald for the pic and the first paragraph and the Libertarian party members blog namely Martin for the rest.
Frankly I think the government now is a cherry short of a schwarzwalderkirschtorte

Friendly atmosphere at New Scotland Yard

A lot of fun was had shooting pictures of New Scotland Yard and of the other people there, Old Holborn and Dick Puddlecote turned up, as did the press , the six o' clock news and the Beeb.
I was there but didnt get photographed except by the mainstream media, as you can see in the post immediately previous to this.
You will note that there are CCTV cameras covering this whole area so we were being watched carefully and recorded whilst we were out there.
I bet you there are a team of officers looking through everyone
We're photographers not terrorists.
I went to the facebook event, In fact if you are special and want a prize and were not there, if you can spot where I am in this photo then you shall win the competition and I can give you your prize. The prize is a photo portrait taken by me.
I will be posting my own photos later but this is the one on the BBC news website

Burying Database Law in another Bill Fencepost!
+ A CONCEALED ASSAULT ON PRIVACY +
NO2ID has been warning since 2006/7 about the stated intentions of
government "to overcome current barriers to information sharing within
the public sector" [1]. Now the Ministry of Justice has launched an
extraordinary coup. It is about to convert the Data Protection Act into
its exact opposite, a means for any government department to obtain and
use any information however it likes.
Hidden in the new Coroners and Justice Bill [2] is one clause (cl.152)
amending the Data Protection Act. It would allow ministers to make
'Information Sharing Orders', that can alter any Act of Parliament and
cancel all rules of confidentiality in order to use information obtained
for one purpose to be used for another.
This single clause is as grave a threat to privacy as the entire ID
Scheme. Combine it with the index to your life formed by the planned
National Identity Register [3] and everything recorded about you
anywhere could be accessible to any official body.
The Database State is now a direct threat not a theory.
Quite apart from the powers in the Identity Cards Act, if Information
Sharing Orders come to pass, they could (for example) immediately be
used to suck up material such as tax records or electoral registers to
build an early version of the National Identity Register. But the powers
apply to any information, not just official information. They would
permit data trafficking between government agencies and private
companies - your medical records are firmly in their sights - and even
with foreign governments.
ACT NOW!
We urge you to write to your MP straight away via
http://www.WriteToThem.com - don't wait. The Bill is being rushed
through Parliament, even as we write. It contains a number of
controversial provisions, but to the casual reader appears mainly to be
about reforming inquests and sentencing.
As it progresses, NO2ID will be publishing more information but it is
crucial that every MP realises how dangerous the information sharing
clauses in the Coroners and Justice Bill really are. This will only
happen if YOU tell them.
*In your own words*, please ask your MP to read Part 8 (clauses 151 -
154) of the Coroners and Justice Bill, and to oppose the massive
enabling powers in the "Information sharing" clause. The Bill is due its
Second Reading in the Commons on 26th January 2009.
Request them to demand the clause be given proper Parliamentary
scrutiny. This is something that will affect every single one of their
constituents, unlike the rest of the Bill. There is a grave danger that
the government will set a timetable that will cut off debate before
these proposals - which are at the end of the Bill - are discussed.
With support for the ID scheme crumbling, even in the Home Office's own
skewed polls - the last of which showed a 5% drop [4] - trust in the
government's handling of our personal information is at an all-time low.
A YouGov poll in the Sunday Times on 18th January shows that the public
opposes these new powers by a factor of 3 to 1 *against*. 65% of people
asked said they give government "too much power", only 19% thought not
[5]. The government can't pretend a popular mandate for what it is
doing. And it is a mechanism designed to by-pass parliament in future.
It is being done only for the convenience of the bureaucrats.
Please write NOW - http://www.WriteToThem.com - it won't take long, and
we are going to ask you again. But if you don't start now, our battle is
going to be much harder.
Please ALSO pass on or forward this part of the newsletter to friends,
family and colleagues who might share your concerns. The more people it

Police Screen out Offences to massage statistics

I mistakenly read the Telegraph this morning and looked at Politics
Four in every ten crimes go uninvestigated
It has confirmed what I often thought, that the police couldn't give a flying fuck about you, unless its an easy recordable crime such as a speeding offence.
Fuckwits and Bastards thats all I can say Im in a terrible mood just before Christmas and this is not even the icing on the cake
Jacqui Smith's head should roll and Im going to nick a picture and put it up here too, because thats how pissed off I am.
I dont usually swearblog but this is reason for an big exception.
Call a General election Now
Heads should be rolling for this
I forgot a swearword
CUNT =Jacqui Smith
It was found that across the country, of the 16 forces who replied to a Freedom of Information request, 39 per cent of crimes were screened out - an equivalent of 1.9 million out of the five million crimes reported.

Easter Snow
Its snowing again, last time was in 1998 for the Good Friday Agreement, one does wonder if this is in response to the Lisbon Treaty, that treasonous poisonous little deal that Gordon Brown did recently.
No wonder they want to update the treason laws.
Upto five cm of snow in places...
Seriously though is it just me or is this sceptred isle becoming a little bit like a prison?
You cant do this you cant do that Just what exactly can you do I suppose if youre an MP you can get away with lots of things because you have money, even riding the wrong way down a one way street and riding through a red light....
We'll mention no names shall we?
CCTV You proposed it now you live by it Dave.

Police "bug " Muslim MP
Police bugged a conversation by a Muslim MP when he went to meet a couple of constituents in Jail.
One really does wonder. If this were Germany and he was a Jewish member of the Reichstag there it would be a classic nazi situation.
Why can no one in the general public see what is happening
It really makes me want to weep
