I am still wandering in the Health Gulag, and it gets colder this year because I finally have woken up to what I have lost and why it is important for me to now release the hounds and let rip with what has happened in the wake of Scot Jnr.

I took this at the dead of night using the Nightshot capability of my camera, I had to find a decent wall to put the camera on and take the picture from It took me almost ten goes to get this picture but I figure it was worth the sleepless night.

End of an era, the towers were demolished just 27 hours later....
I grew up with these towers and I wish they could have remained proud and standing tall but with all things change has to happen.

Im supposed to be blogging more frequently
Well its been a whole month since I shared my thoughts with you.
What can I say Its been busy and its been wet outside.
I still havent got back into the blogging though, seems that now Im well off and not worrying about money I cant be bothered to sound off and blog about the injustices of life
However I shall try to come back and blog again.... Several times I have taken photos with the express thought I can put these on my blog and then in the cold light of the next morning havent had the time or the energy or the remembrance to dc it.
So here I am at the end of another month promising lots and delivering not very much I guess

The Turkish Barbers
Went to this place as I couldnt bear having longish hair any longer They are just down the road from me.
Have often passed them but not needed a haircut
They treated me like a king, did the haircut did the sideburns, did the gubbins with a cut throat, did the ear hair with a flame, did the eye brows and all for £8
I was suitably impressed, I had hoped that they would do all this and they delivered
A very good experience
